1. MSG! Monosodium Glutamate (in flavored chips with powder coating, crackers, ranch dressings, soups, etc.)
2. Food Coloring. yellow, blue, red, with or without numbers attached. Let them fade into nonexistence.
3. Sodium Nitrates. Nitrates. (mainly in preserved meats like lunch meats and bacon.)
4. HFCS - High Fructose Corn Syrup and corn syrup. Check your breads, crackers, jelly/jam, cereals, colas, juices, teas, etc.)
5. Hormones in meat & dairy
and as a side note: always eat as much fresh and organic ingredients as possible. seriously, pesticides are huge neurotoxins and they do not simply wash away.
